Editorial Policy

Effective 12 June 2026

1. Verification

Maridian publishes verified information. News is attributed to credible sources where applicable. Where a development is still emerging, we label it as developing rather than confirmed.

2. Social media and unverified claims

Social media posts are treated as unverified unless confirmed by credible evidence. We do not repeat defamatory claims unnecessarily, and we never present an unproven allegation as established fact.

3. Opinion and analysis

Opinion content is clearly labeled. Analysis is distinguished from straight news reporting.

4. Partner and sponsored content

Sponsored or partner content is clearly labeled. Our Impact Spotlight series on Capital Pay International is labeled “Impact Spotlight · Partner-aware” everywhere it appears.

5. Capital Pay coverage

Articles about Capital Pay International are factual, evidence-based and supported by documentation or credible reporting where possible. Specific figures (users, agents, jobs, donations) are published only with a verifiable basis; otherwise they are labeled developing or omitted.

6. Source attribution

Every article carries a sources and verification box recording the source name and URL where available, verification status, and whether the piece is original reporting or aggregation.

7. Corrections

We correct errors transparently and promptly. Corrections are noted on the affected article. To request a correction, contact the newsroom.

8. Legal sensitivity

Content flagged as high legal sensitivity is withheld from public display pending editorial and, where appropriate, legal review.
