Alvin Okari, Managing Director of Capital Pay East Africa, was announced among the panelists at the inaugural Mandela African Leadership Summit 2026, held in Nairobi, Kenya, on 5–6 February 2026. Capital Pay says Okari leads its financial-services and payments business across Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, with more than 15 years of experience in digital financial services.

The summit, founded by Ndaba Mandela — grandson of South Africa's first president, Nelson Mandela — convened under the theme "An African Conversation to Inspire Transformative Leadership," bringing together leaders from across the continent and the diaspora.
